Learn the secrets to making great gluten free bakes that everyone will love! Owner and Pastry Chef, Christina Mike, has been working in the food industry for over 20 years. After finding out several of her friends had Celiac and how hard it is to find quality gluten free goodies, she worked to develop her own blends that would work with a lot of her recipes. And now she's here to pass that information on to you!

Learn the many reasons why you might want or need to adapt recipes to be GF, as well as how to do so to acheive best results!
