Make and take home a seasonal local charcuterie board with Moleta: Artisanal Sharpening! Practice beginner knife skills while learning about presentation and plating along the way. A knife and cutting board will be provided to use during class, plus a bamboo plate to take your creation home! Unfortunately we are unable to accommodate dietary restrictions with this offering.
